Signup Instructions for Swims and Jobs at Meets
About a week prior to each meet, you must declare whether your child is swimming and sign up to volunteer to work the meet. This is a REQUIREMENT. Even if your child will not be in attendance, you must let us know that. The deadline to declare for each meet will be communicated. Below are instructions:
How to Register for Jobs and Swims at a Meet:
Log into the website. Login is found in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
If you can’t remember your password, click "Forgot your password" to reset your password.
Under the Meets & Events tab, select "Signup Calendar" to sign up for the upcoming swim meet.
Swimmer Signup
- Click the green MEET ENTRY tab, and then click the green Edit tab under your athletes' names.
- For each of your athletes, select an option from the drop down list next to their names.

- Attending
- Not Attending
- Our team allows swimmers and parents to select the individual events that they would like to swim from the list shown. Please be aware that coaches ALWAYS have the final say on entries. Depending upon their discretion, changes may be made to your choices.
- Specify your swimmer's availability for relays from the drop down options. Do NOT say you are available for relays unless you are 100% sure you will be attending the meet. We make a great effort to place kids who would like to swim relays in at least one. Sometimes this is not possible. Please know that we do our best here.
- Click Save to record your choices.
Job Signup
- Click the green JOB SIGNUP tab and sign up for volunteer shifts (note one parent may sign up both parents for jobs -- scroll down and you’ll see the other parent listed). If you know you and your spouse will not be at this meet, skip this process.
- Click Save Assignments.
PLEASE NOTE!! Parent volunteering is a REQUIREMENT to be on the team. Each meet utilizes close to 40 parent volunteers, and they cannot run otherwise. We have it set up so that you only have to volunteer for 1/2 of any meet in which you work. Both parents are encouraged to volunteer if possible. Unless otherwise approved, your family MUST volunteer in a minimum of two meets during the season.
